Paytm Inferior Quality Speakers Received

Sir, I have purchased the creative speakers from paytm. after receiving the product i understood it is very much inferior quality. Then i spoke to customer care and after receiving the confirmation that i will receive my refund along with the courier charges, i returned the product. it is almost a month am following up with the customer care executives, but they understand the grievance and reply saying once the product is received we will refund your amount. already the product is received at the merchant. i have already submitted the courier receipt and signed copy of the courier delivered to paytm. but till now the grievance is not addressed. I have paid 2800 + 600 rs courier charges for the product. They are not showing any interest in addressing the grievance. So far almost 8 executives replied but no one initiating the refund. The product is delivered to the net mart systems, who is one of the merchant service provider for the paytm.

I would request them to refund the amount of my purchase, courier charges and a token for my time, money spent every time in sending mail and calling them.
