On 29th of Oct 2014,through PAYTM ,I recharged my DISH TV account with a sum of Rs.500/-,paid through Debit card.The order no. for which is – 637620454. The recharge status continues to be PENDING even to date i.e 4th of Nov 2014. On my first complaint to them on 30th of Oct 2014 (Ticket#103449810)they replied that if the recharge doesn’t gets through successfully then the money would be refunded to my account within next 24-48 hrs. But the situation remains same till date even after subsequent requests to them which all went unanswered (Ticket#103485080).

Immediate refund of my money and an apology for such unscrupulous behavior.
