i had done recharge at paytm website for Rs 249, but recharge is not yet done also amount was not refunded to me. details attached

repeatedly emailed them for my complaint but there was no redress. then i received a reply that my recharge was done, but i checked that and found it not to be done. i again emailed them but no resolution . they also don’t provide help line number to contact them.

i am a CA by profession and have to suffer lot of mental agony and trouble for the same. i have to waste much of my time. i want to claim damages from them for suffering for Rs. 20,000/- and my recharge to be done
