Paytm – Recharge successful but no Credit in Mobile

I have recharged my mobile through paytm on 17th september 2014.they sent me a mail that recharge was successful.But i didnt get any recharge.I complained them about this.They mailed me bach that there was a technical problem regarding that transaction and informed me that the amount will be refunded within 24-48 hours.But even after three days of that mail i didnt get any refund.Even they are not responding for my mails now.

previously recharge to my Tatadocomo number 9032467xxx of Rs.30 was also failed.But i didnt took it for serious.But they are repeating the same thing again.Recently Rs.50 recharge failed to my airtel number 9676176xxx.Its not fair on their part to do so.

I want you to take strict action regarding this.Its not about how much money i have lost.But they are repeating this again and again.They are not even responding for customer complaints.Is this tolerable?Their services are not good for e-Commerce.Please ban them from doing business in India.
