I booked a bus ticket on Paytm for 28th december 2015 worth Rs 2398. There was no bus at that boarding point at that time and my dad(traveller) had to take other bus. I mailed them(since they don’t have any contact no.). They refunded my money as cashback in paytm a/c whereas I requested them to credit it back to my bank account.On this, they deducted cashback from paytm account but did not credit to my bank account. Its been more than a month.
Bus did not arrive. So my dad (57 yrs) had to board local bus. Goa to Bangalore. Communication via email only so I had to daily login to see the status. Last 2-3 emails not answered by paytm. I demand total refund Rs. 2298 and written apology with reason from paytm.
