BAVAN N.DELHI on the subject cited above and telephonic talk with D.D.O.CASH & EE-III Sections of DGE&T regarding payment of arrears of leave encashment is still pending .DDO cash has informed vide his note on 11.8.2014 that check No.-A-686057 dated 29.7.10 has been noted in the record but he was unable to tell to whom this check has been issued . Pension releasing bank has also informed in writing that they have not received the above mentioned check .I am an old senior citizen unable to run from one section to an other as such I request the concerned authorities to take necessary action to locate the above check for payment so that action public grievance IS completed and un-necessary harassment can be avoided.
