I have already submitted this petition seven times earlier in Bihar Public Grievance Cell, but always their reply is that action will be taken in 7 days. When their deadline will expire or when they will do something? I, Reena Kumari, am a resident of Nawada of your state. I am a graduate in chemisty. I am working as a Data Entry Operator in Nawada Sadar Hospital, Nawada from November 2008 to till now. In November 2008, I have joined here through an NGO contract. That contract was for 11 months, which ended in September 2009. That time my salary was only Rs. 3500/-. You can assume what was salary, but that’s not an issue, because I have joined only on that pay. NGO had paid till September 2009. On that time I was leaving my job, but Civil Surgeon & DS had asked me to continue my job, because of hospital work pressure. Now that CS & DS both retired from there. I am doing my job sincerely till now, but from October 2009 to till now, I have never got any month salary. I had asked many times to that CS and now CS, but till now nothing happened regarding my salary. Now CS and other person always asking next month and next month means non-ending wait. They also want some bribery from me especially head clerk (Balmukund Sharma) of the hospital for my pending salary. For releasing my pending salary, they want Rs. 15000/- from me as a bribery. You may assume, my salary is only Rs. 3500/-, but for that salary how long I have to wait? I am working here only for my pending salary. Whenever I will got my salary, I will leave my job. I don’t want this type of job. I am also a live person, who has expenditures and liabilities. I think you can understand.
Therefore, may I request you to kindly do something in my favour for my salary? I am writing this letter at the end of my hope. So, please do something regarding this. I shall be obliged for ever.
