To, The Regional Provident Fund Commissioner Sub Account Office Vishakapatnam Sub: – Settlement of PF PF A/c No.00459200000000645 Dear Sir , Please note that my organisation have already submitted my PF withdrawal form to you and i have received acknowledgement from your office on 17.01.14 however till today i have not received any money in my bank account which i have mentioned the account no. in the PF from nor i have received any PF amount chque or DD at my residential address. Also I have taken several visits to PF Office IV Floor but not received any response or status. KINDLY LET ME KNOW THE STATUS OF MY ACCOUNT WHEN SHOULD I WILL RECEIVE THE MONEY ON BELOW MENTIONED ADDRESS AS ITS ALREADY 2 MONTHS IS OVER AND NORMALLY PF GETS DEPOSITED IN ACCOUNT WITHIN 45 DAYS BUT THIS HAS NOT HAPPEN IN MY CASE.
