Please refer my old case with you, complaint number is: 56205/3/2013. I am forced to open a new complaint as my existing complaint is not getting any response from either ends. I have updated numerous messages on existing case but nobody cared to even respond to it. I am sure, you have opened this portal to help common people like us; however, the type of response and activeness which I saw does not reflect your true intention. If you cannot help me, please tell me directly as false hopes unnecessary creates hopes which break downs the common man upon its failure. Hope to see atleast a response now. Regards Akshay Anand
