Philips Beard Trimmer – suggesting me to buy a new device by centre

I have bought a Philips Beard Trimmer from croma with has 4 years warranty. Suddenly there is a small issue encountered in devices. When i visited customer service desk, instead of helping me to repair they are suggesting me to buy a new device. They are giving some excuse like your device is damaged and blhhh. My device is still working but they are not ready to repair it. They are quoting me INR1200 . moreover the device cost itself is INR 1100. Kindly take necessary action against the issue

I want my device to be repaired or they should provide me with a new device.Since my device is already in warranty, i want full support.
