I had bought Philips Aqua Touch Shaver AT890/16 for Rs. 4195/- in November 2013. I had used it for just 3 months however, i stopped using it thereafter since i started facing problems. I mailed their customer care service regarding the problems and to provide full refund as I am fully dissatisfied with the product on 17 March 14. However, i had received no reply. Mailed again on 19 March. Received a reply (complaint no. 50-1566301214) stating apologies for the inconvenience & requested me to visit their authorised service centre. Mailed them on the same day requesting them to provide their service centre address. Since then I have not received their reply. I have mailed them several times, however, they are not bothered to mail a single reply.
My skin showed signs of darkness within the 3 months of use. The product failed to provide smooth shave near the jaw line area and it need to be used roughly, this creates redness to my skin everytime after i use it.
