PHILIPS LCD NOT WORKING SINCE I BOUGHT

Dear Sir,
on 17th January 2010 I bought a 32″ LCD TV Model 32PFL3504D/F7 from Walmart Store in Memphis , USA. Before asking I repeatedly asked that sales person regarding the compatibility & warrenty. That person insited that Philips products carry a international warrenty – so I should not be worried.
But when I came back to kolkata my nightmare starts. As in India we 220 volts instead of 110 in USA. But when I bokked my call through the call centre for instalation – they change the electricity to 220volts & hanged on the wall. After that no TV pictures were coming , it was only running on DVD player. Then againg I logged a complian to the call centre & they send MR Karmakar . Mr Karmakar informed us as the TV mode in US is NTSC & in India we have a PAL mode, so to run the TV we have to buy a converter(NTSC-PAL), which is not available in Kolkata as well as in Delhi & Chennai.Then I bought it from USA(eBay online purcahse) at US$117.98 on 9th April 2010.
Then againg Mr Karmakar came to my place , but it didn’t work again. Again I logged another complain to the call centre & they send Mr Avijit – who advised us as because there wrer different NTSC forms are available, so it will be difficult to say which one will work. As the LCA ia HDMI TV , so its better to get a HDMI DTH connection. As per their recomondation I bought a Digital Airtel HDMI DVR for Rs 5490/- from Khosla Electronics on 4th May 2010.Then again I call Mr Karmakar through Call centre & he failed to run the LCD TV & advise us to get the replacement as its under warrenty.
After that I’m running piller to post every day. I called the call centre more than 100 times during this period & talk to to several person(Manika, Bansh & even MR Nitin in accleation Dept.). They replied that now it is under Mr Balasubhramanium ( Regional Head- Service of Philips). Initially he used to attend the call on 9830726326 & his junior Mr Saikat Saha(9836582525) also assured me to give the replacement , but now nobody takes any call & doesn’t reply to any SMS’s.
My lord my question is if this LCD not for India ! why that person sold it to me ?
Once I informed call centre regarding , why they haven’t informed me that it will not work ! Why they insisted me to purchase the Coinverter & HDMI DVR, which againg costs me another RS 11000/- apart from my TV cost of US$ 388+ tax.
Sir as a consumer I need a justice & help to get it resolved. I have all the required document with me to prove.
I also need a compensation & interest from Philips of Rs 100000/-(One Lacs) for the harresment & mental truma.
