I had a bought a Philips LED 22″ TV on 2nd March from Viveks, RT Nagar, Bangalore, and the display panel went bad after a week. The field engineer came and identified that the TV should be replaced for which he took the receipt copy and filled a complain on 10th March. He told it will be replaced within 4-5 days. And whenever I have called the customer care within the 4-5days, they told its under progress and no further information on when it will be replaced. After the deadline I have called the managers, some supervisors and finally I came to know that the receipt copy itself was lost. Now they are again asking me for another 4-5days to resolve it. I dont see any seriousness in any of the supervisors, managers or any support guys with my issue.
I want my TV to be replaced by any means within minimum time(may be 24hrs). For their irresponsibility I am at loss. They can replace from their stock or the stock at Vivek’s(from where I have purchased) and do the formalities at their end later on at their convenient time. I dont want to wait anymore as it does not take more than a week to do all the formalities and replace the TV, and I have waited long enough.
