I have given purchase order onlinefor a Philips LED 32 inch Full HD Model 32PFL6577/V7 to snapdeal Order ID:3221031107. They supplied on 27/10/2014. After recieved I found that it has inbuit D2H and it is not working. Further it is not supporting Liteon external DVD usb player. Further, I have not received any warranty card. Only they sent retail invoice date 19/10/2014. Now I am unable to use the TV as its set top box is already in function with other name AALAP Electronics. They are not responding to supply its smart card. Without that card It wont work. D2H service people also came and told to replace the TV or Collect the D2H smart card which belongs to supplied inbuit set top box. I given so many complaints to Snapdeal but they are not responded. That to they changed their retun status as not returnable even I given a return/replace request. My compliant No: 11321725,IMP- 11258661, 11234269,11235535,11258661, 11236522,1176534. I requested them sincerely. But they are not responded. I think snap deal people are the cheaters in my case.

I want replace the TV with new one of same Model atsame cost with warranty card (TV S.Npo has to mentioned clearly with Signature and stamp) with workable D2H as I given return request before 7 days itself. If not possible to replace they have to send the new warranty card and new inbuitable D2H set top box with free sevice to change it.
