dear sir, i am manmohan gupta s/o late shri mithan lal gupta r/o wz-k-66, bal udhyan road, uttam nagar, new delhi-110059, sir i want to say that i have purchased the lcd tv model name 26 pfl 3403/94. before one year, one day it was not opened, i had called to customer care center of philips. and tolled to him that repair my tv and i will pay amount. they had pick the tv on 31/08/2013. but till now they didn’t give me clear answer, they was saying to me that we have no parts, just i want to say that if company has no parts of lcd tv. so why are they making lcd. we had purchased the lcd from our hart. and company was saying to us we have no parts.
