I buy Philips SHH4520 In-Ear Headphones Code: 384958 at Rs 198 and i already pay for it. I place the order on 08/05/2013 but the order still not received. Also i have no mail regarding the delivery, Purchase or shipment in my E-mail, But I have the sms and Receipt against my purchase. I write mail to shopclues many times but no reply has been received. Kindly consider My problem and resolve it as soon as possible.

I want that the product is either delivered or my money has been refunded.
