Hi, I have purchased LCD TV from philips on 18/05/2011. On my bill, it is clearly mentioned that product has 4 years of warranty. Now, after 2 years my LCD panel is damaged and their engineer asked me to replace it. But they are denying to give my product in warranty. So that I have to paid rs. 9040 for its repair. They are saying that warranty covers only 1 years and now they are giving policy and procedure;while at the time of purchase no warranty card was given and warranty is clearly mentioned on my bill. kindly help me in this regard.

Product worth of rs.17000 For replacement I have to give rs. 9040.

Kindly cover my product under warranty as no policy was discussed with me at the time of purchase. Product was pruchased from Amrit electronics 321/15, Jacobpura, Gurgaon-122001
