We purchased a Phillips home theater system – HTS5520 on 27th December 2013. The product comes with a 1 year warranty. Recently, the DVD player of the product stopped working. I contacted the service center on 28th august 2014 and registered a complaint. The complaint no is 501705998239. I was informed that the product is under warranty and technician will visit my place within 8 hours. However, no one has come to service my product till date. Daily I call to remind about the complaint and every time I am told that it will be resolved with 5-6 hours.
I need my home theater system repaired free of cost as soon as possible.
