My order no. 130457. I placed my order on 11th May 14 and it is still reflecting as in process. I made this order on the occasion of mothers day. I chose the same day delivery option and made a payment of INR 1079. It is extremely disappointing that the order has not been delivered yet. This is fraud at the company’s end. The objective of this order was to celebrate mothers day which was completely ruined by phoolwala’s team. I have written several mails and there has been no revert yet.
