I had gone to Pinnacle Neelanchal project and booked a flat by giving a cheque. After around 7 days when I enquired why my chque is not encashed from sales person then got an update that builder has rejected my application saying he does not want to sale his flats to any Muslim. Request you to take strict action the builder as in a secular country like India how can you distinguish on the basis of religion. When the info has come to me at that moment rate of other flats got increased by at least Rs 200. Hence I am in loss from both sides.

I demand that either builder should agree to sale flat irrespective of religion.And sale the flat tome in the same rate as finalized. Or should pay the compensation of 2-3 lakhs as a result of increased price.
