On being approached by sales executive of Piramal health Care for purchase of QDX Instachek instrument with free kits (Cardiologist Secondary Bundle offer)@ Rs 58500/-, I placed order for supply of the instrument and I paid Rs 30,000/- as an advance in the form of cheque. The instrument with one pack of free of hsCRP (25 test)with out TnI test (75 test)were delivered by courier with an assurance to supply later with installation and training at our laboratory.But they neither installed the instrument nor they impart training as declared. Several requests were done over phone and through e mail. They assured to do so but did not turn up at all.After waiting at least 2 month I approached for return of the money and to take back the instrument. Initially they assured but later on they stopped picking up telephone and not paying money and not responding at all. I am frustrated with this behavior of the company.

Return of my money of Rs 30000/- with interest plus compensation of Rs 20000/- for loss of reputation of business and advertisement cost
