my total bill amount before tax is rs 578, including a service charge of 52.60 rs. vat +5%surchage combined come to 13.125% and equal to rs 75.95 . on total sum of 554.55 i have been charged rs 46.28 saying that this is service tax at 4.95%. however actual calculation shows that i jave charged at a rate of 7%.
