I had advertised on Sulekha.com my requirement for temporaray driver for my car. Multiple agencies called me and from them I selected this agency and went for a signed agreement for the service as they assured to provide the driver for 8 days (8 hrs /day) at Rs 3500 total cost. They took the money in advance and in cash as per their rule and then never provided the driver at the time promised. They are now not returning me the money which I paid in advance and their representative Ms Kalpana does not pick up the phone also. Their office tells me that the money can not be refunded.

Refund of Rs 4500 as stated above
