I ordered a pair of Nike shoes from planetsportsonline.com on 27th August, 2013 (Order ID: 1334932). I paid the amount using my sister’s debit card (Rs. 2447.55). I was told that the product will be shipped within 5 days and delivered 3 days after shipping but I haven’t received the my shoes yet. I contacted them regarding this and they keep telling that they will ship in the next two days. This went on for a few days. On 13th Sept, I asked them to cancel the order (Complaint no: 1485) and Refund my money and they haven’t yet initiated the transaction yet inspite of calling them repeatedly.

I want my amount refunded (Rs.2447.55) plus Rs. 2000/- for the inconvenience.
