Hi, I have taken a annual membership of Platinum Circle for Holiday packages worh 7000/ which includes 2 domestic and 1 international free hotel stay. Now they have some terms and conditions which I would like mentin below to explain my issue clearly. 1.Two holiday vouchers – Domestic for 2 nights/3day free stay with breakfast for a couple and 2 kids below 12 years Holiday twice in a year as you are entitled for a FREE stay for 3 days and 2 nights twice in year. Complimentary Breakfast Plan your holiday at your convenience Each holiday for 3 Days & 2 Nights free stay & breakfast only ( 1Couple & up to 2Kids below 12Yrs ) 100% Transferable ( you can gift your holiday vouchers) One Year Validity Reservation request has to be given minimum of 30 working days in advance, with 3 preferred options of dates and destination The booking through the Holiday voucher will be accepted only at chuttipechutti.com & not directly at the hotels. chuttipechutti will issue reservation confirmation voucher. At the time of booking just pay only Rs798 handling charges per holiday to chuttipechutti Now I have been trying to make the domestic hotel booking from last 4 months and every month they decline my booking without sending me any intimation either by Phone or mail due to some reasons. Sometimes they say that there is no availablity or your voucher has not been received within 30 days or you have not given 3 choice for your destination.I am extremely frustrated and disappointed as they are not at all giving any customer support and are trying to torture the customer. Also they are very rude and not friendly at all in thier converstaion. Kindly help me as my membership will expire in January month and they are not ready to accept any of my booking. Please help me, its a humble request

Kindly ask them to make my booking for the desired location in the month of January or refund my Money as I have not used it at all.
