Regards, issue of my mobile i insure my mobile phone from platinum mobilecare pvt. ltd., A-28/5 Kamla Nagar, Near Bank of India. Delhi by recipt no. 58912 for 2 year (10% Invoice value) Dated from 1/4/15 unfortunate my mobile got damage and i submit this phone by 13/4/15 to repair this phone now its 4/6/15 still this phone is not get repaired and the person who owned this company mr pankaj is misbehave ring with me and using unprofessional language and they are making false commitments lot of time, i make atleast 100 times call but they never give back reply positively . so that i am very harass by this kind of attitude, now i want to take necessary action against this company and want to get a brand new phone
