I have applied for opening account for PM Jan Dhan Yojana on 27th Dec 2014. Agent was charged Rs. 100. Receipt was not given by agent. Till date i have not received passbook. when i am asking for passbook. he is talking very rudely. Even i was trying to contact sbi branch but they are not providing any information. and not responding properly. There is no helpdesk in branch.

I want Passbook, ATM pin and check book should be provided as soon as possible. 2. please transfer my account to any other branch.
