Dear sir / madam, My.account no, 4078000100076773 with PNB Bank Shashtri Nagar Ghaziabad, & on 28/08/2014 i have drawn 20000 Rs. from ICICI ATM machine located at Chiranjiv Vihar Ghaziabad. But last transaction of 10000 Rs. was not dispensed & deducted from my account. We have made the customer care complain no A000232959 dated 28.08.2014 but no response has been given till date. Again we made a complain through PNB website & complain no. is 5000034469, but no result till date & shows open status. Even we have made a complain in PNB branch at Shashtri Nagar Ghaziabad on dated 12.09.2014, but with no results. customer care always looks like puppet & repeat the same word ” complain is open or it is in process” Looking forward your early resolution of the complain.
