November 2013, when am travelling to college in government bus (bmtc)in bus rush some thief robbed my new nokia lumia 720 mobile, i realised in few minutes, but none of the people supported me, even in police station.. later some how i got fir from them, after that i applied for insurance with all original documents they denied for ntc ( non trace certificate) but in police station they didn’t issue any ntc, so i couldn’t get my mobile and insurance also from them.. so i need a justice in this please help me

i need a insurance and compensation from them, and univercel mobile seller, because he introduced me to this insurance company, i need to get justice from please help..
