I had approached Pooja Homes for a flat for rent in Magarpatta City. I had shown interest in a flat in Trillium Society flat 704. On 30/01/2014 I paid a token amount to Mr. BALAJI for which I received a receipt. I had also filled up a form provided by him giving my personal details. On 31/01/2014 I approached Pooja Homes for cancellation of deal. Please be guided that I had not signed any rent agreement and the token amount was only for ceiling my interest in the flat for rent. On 31/01/2014 , mr. Balaji refused to refund my token amount. The declaration form clearly stated :” In case, I cancel a deal after finalization, the token amount paid by me will not be refunded”. However my concern is that the deal had not been finalized as I had signed any rent agreement or any authorized stamp paper document. Hence , I kindly request to get my money refunded.

I only want my token amount of 5000INR to be refunded back to me. I do not claim for any other mental torture claims.
