poor afetr sale service

I bought samsung washing machine Last november 08′ in madurai , recently i got transfer to hydrabad, my washing maching got damaged during transit , i call the SAmsumg call center on 4.05 .09 to inform the same and get it repaired , after 4 days engineer visited and said no complaint and even with out checking said it is ok(i was not in home than). i asked my wife to check its working after engineer visit snd she said same sound is coming still, i call again the engineer and informed ,he visited and said the machingwill be taken care by transit department and can not repaired in home. i said go head . he given a no.in which nobody reply 040 27954545 and called in between about 7-8 times to samsung call center (040 30308282) and they keep assuring ,it will be rectified today and that today never comes .

i almost waited for 10days before sending this mail.

If the company has little soft corner and think consumer is important for the business they can act on this or they also want to behave like the call center and engineer they can do that to.

if nobody respond i have no option than to go legal.
