Sir! I am not getting network coverage indoor in my area DDA Flats Madangir, Dr. Ambedkar Nagar, New Delhi-110062 since April(last month). I shifted here in June 2013 and I was only getting 2G network coverage indoor, not 3G. I thought may be signal strength in my area is low. But now there is no network not even in 2G. Calling, texting, data service nothing is possible now. I called airtel customer service from my airtel mobile no. 98712763XX on 07th April 2014 Ref. no. CCOVI30407523859 and on 11th April 2014 Ref. no. CCOVI30411065020. Both times I got message from airtel that my issue has been resolved. But nothing happen till date. Besides the no. from which I complained I am using 3 more airtel numbers. It’s a big problem for me as I am unable to even use basic features such as calling, texting etc. because of no network coverage indoor. Please take the matter seriously and solve my problem.
