Poor announcement system and mistreatment by Jet airways New Delhi

Given below my continuous interaction about my complaint. Did’nt get any satisfactory answer then showing authority by the concern officer over telephone.

I couldn’t get any satisfactory reply of my appended below complaint. Some Ms. Sheran was following it up from your side, but after almost 15 days she also given the same reply as was given by boarding gate people “You reported late on boarding gate” without considering any other points I have raised in my complaint. I request you kindly look into the matter to resolve the issue quickly. The longer you will take it would be difficult for you to obtain information to prove me right or wrong.

Also I request you kindly use my email as further medium of communication in this regard.

I got e-ticket jet airways Konnect flight no. 9W 2201 dated 21sept, 2009 from Delhi to Mumbai through my travel agent CAAIR TRAVELS P LTD. I check in for flight at 10:45 Hrs. I didn’t get any announcement related to jet Konnect and given flight no. I approached to boarding gate and one gentlemen asked to wait. Suddenly I heard the announcement on my name. Within a minute of announcement I approached to boarding gate. The person at the gate didn’t allow me to board the plane. Later the person told me that flight was of Jetlite not Jet Konnect. On my repeated request about the confusion two persons on boarding gate promised me to convert boarding pass for next flight at 14:00 hrs at same amount. After made me out upto reservation counter both the persons disappeared and an extra amount of Rs. 4100/- charged from me at reservation counter for next flight ticket. I tried to report my mistreatment at Delhi Airport. Instead of telling me the right person whom I can report about my mistreatment, staff started harassing me taking hare and there saying your luggage contained some liquid so need your check before sending it. It took 15-20 minutes and found nothing wrong with my luggage. When I came out gentlemen said me, you are already late so please broad to your flight first. I reported this mistreatment of me at Mumbai airport.
