I purchased SAMSUNG mobile set E250i on 26-07-09.The vendor assured me that the battery will give 48 hrs. Battery backup. But practically I’m not getting even 24 hrs. backup. I have to re-charge the set frequently.
I approached at M/S. Infotel Services, SAMSUNG authorized service centre at New Alipore on 23-10-09. After 4 days that is on 26-10-09 they return the set without rectification. According the mechanic the set had to be sent to Head Office for checking. He further added that the set may not be rectified by head office also, they return the set just changing the battery(S/N-BD1Q628ES/I-G).On my quarry for holding the set for 4 days unnecessarily, they misbehave badly with me.
Whether the company would respond to me or I had to approach to the Consumer Forum.
