my name is anubhav goswami I had joined this company in December 2009 dated 17as sales manager. I had submitted five fresh advisor till the date 27 December and wanted to their proper training in that company but unfortunately I saw that there is no one to guide and trained them and I saw there is a very big trouble there that branch head of this branch says me that you shall give me rs.800 each of person which you wants to pass the examination of IRDA. it is a our big setting in that field my person shall attend the examination and your candidate will passed…

but I doesn’t do this and then I want to tell the truth to Mr. devendra sabu. they had listen to my request but all is vain…

the result is that no one could pass the examination and I had deposited (825+800) each of the candidate….

they often had pressurized me to keep silenced for this setting….
but I wasn’t able to fulfill this amount to all the candidates and wanted to proper training from a proper trainer but they didn’t do that….

then it was continuously running and result came failure, in that way they shall ordered very badly to submit business, then I talk to Mr. Ravi middha branch head of Bikaner to give some training schedule from your companies trainer so that they will work but they didn’t arrange it and result came failure.
in that way my product training wasn’t held, I feel problem to face the new products because that time IRDA changed all the products in all the companies so I requested to them but they didn’t want to continue my job and they didn’t do that.

in that way they often had create some very bad pressure to sign the resign latter but I didn’t want to sign it at last one day Mr. Ravi middha and Mr. Rajesh goswami was reached at my cousins home and they had starting to tell my uncle and aunt to resign the duty, they had started do badly….

then one day I decide to resign from this job I had submitted my resign later 27-01-2010 at very heavy pressure. in that time there was no schedule training of my own product training and no schedule for my candidate training.

until I have not get any salary in my account and no such call from HR…..
