Poor Customer Care – CASIO Watches

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have a Casio ENTICER A993 watch , Last month (09/06/20018), I have found my hour mark ’12’ sticker was fallen , that time watch was working perfect condition , as it was final day of warranty period I approached nearest service centre till date I have not received proper response from their side also couple of days later the executive told me to pay ₹ 2500 for this damage And said product was submitted to Casio Service Center for exchanging for new watch., as per their latest communication watch is situated in Delhi, can I ask to explain me for a simple service process is this way of treating customer. now it is nearley a month
For these types of small concerns you are taking a month, with No 1 company brand, this is worst and pathetic situation ever faced.

Hopefully I am sending all the details to your estimated organization, please help me regarding this matter and take suitable action against responsible person/ organization.
