There was bad experience in my life time.. I brought a reliance netconnect+ at 9th sep’12 with the offer 3 month low rated prepaid. I used the same upto 7th dec’13 and called customer care to close the connection. because my living location transferred away 130 Km. they taken closer of account with ref no 193452086 dt 07.12.12. After 2 months i got a message from reliance stats your account is pending with rs 1200/- our bill circle will be 12th of every month. so i called customer care for clarification they also said the same and account not yet closed, again i asked to terminate the connection with compliant no of 198315599 dt 15.02.2013. After that no more communication for 6 months, suddenly some one called from delhi consumer court says “you have to call Mr. R.C. Gautam – 08802356273 who has been filed a case on you refer case no DL504/13 and no more info, he cut call.” Myself immediately called and asked “he said you have to pay rs 1800/- outstanding to reliance otherwise will meet in delhi court.” I got much confusion and called customer care they didn’t forward the call to their legal department for clarification and said no more information available on your dongle no hence contact nearest reliance counter.
I said there is 150 Km away from here. then also they given a same reply we have no provision to help you contact nearest reliance counter. ” I got much upset.. again a call from someone said “Pay your outstanding before 4 P.M. else attend the case at delhi tomorrow. i asked right now time is 2:30 P.M. how could in reach nearest reliance counter.? he said, that is not my concern confirm be before 4P.M. will consider as case of will be settle before and provide transaction no.” I totally upset, no help from customer care.. no nearest reliance outlet.. i felt very bad to chosen reliance product. they i search online payment option at net and paid rs 1850/- and given transaction no to such person before 3:30 P.M. he said compliant and case will be close.
