I ordered Micromax Fun boo model P-365 on 31st March 2014 and revived invoice sating that the order will be delivered to your address between 7-10 days.After 10 days i emailed to micomax team to know about status, they replied we will dispatch on 21 April 14 but it is not happened.Again i called to customer care no and again the committed to deliver on 25th April but again dead line crossed. After waiting for more than month i requested for refund but they are no response and refund.Now i planed to move consumer court for justice and action against micro max.
