I have dropped a cheque bearing no.005550 for Rs.31800/- at Ballabhgarh branch ATM in Faridabad on 11.01.2010 duly filled in the Pay-in slip.

The amount is not credited stating that the account no. has not been mentioned.

I have given a letter to the Branch manager to bring the pay-in slip from their colletion centers to verify.

This caused me a delay and inconvenient in taking money in time.

My A/c NO. is 080201501539.

I have faced similar situation (in my another account no.015601527098 of ICICI) in the first week and the rejected cheque is not reaching the address as of today.

Hence I request the concern to take appropriate action and I need compensation for the inconvenient caused due to the Bank personnel.
