Dear Sir,
I am facing poor network problem in my number for last 18 months.I have launched siveral compalin in BSNL Customer Care but still now i am getting same problem.In our location the signal strength is very poor and due to this call is droping ,packet data lost while GPRS serfing.No feedback comes from BSNL end while we complain so many months.
The supporting BTS is MBROAD -c,CULTURE MORE-B,RABINDRANAGAR NORTH-A & RABINDRANAGAR NORTH-B. But the signal strenth is very low.Please look in to this matter on urgent basis.
We are all knows that BSNL use highend equipment & network structure but we want to see the result.Please close the issue ASAP.
