Complaint for Poor Quality of Mobiles: I have purchased INTEX IN 6611 from S K Traders,Jamshedpur on 22-08-2010
and next day it was sent to your service center in Aakash Deep
Plaza,Golmuri ,Jamshedpur for its automatically switching off and on
problem.A DO was created on 23-08-2010 and y’day (16-09.2010)I recieved
ano…ther model I -Smart replacing IN 6611 from your company.Now I am
facing old problem again.I seriously doubt the quality of your mobiles..,and now the service centre wants to send it to PATNA for required repairs and return the set after 15 days.
Now I Want company to return my money back…..
