I wanted to file a consumer complaint against a cab company called Super Cabz. I had booked a cab for the airport to go home for Diwali. From 30 minutes before the scheduled arrival time i kept following up with the cab driver who told me in every communication that he is coming in 10-15 minutes. The cab company call center also did not track the status of the cab driver to ensure that he arrived on time. When i called them, they expressed their inability to help me in any ways. The cab finally arrived 50 minutes late which caused me to miss my flight home. I lost the entire fare and was caused immense stress and anxiety.
Feeling aggrieved, I asked them to compensate me for the financial loss to which they refused. Then i sent them a legal notice which they ignored. I needed some help to take this matter up with the consumer court or forum.
