The Exide Inverter battery model no IN1350 Plus purchase from Naman Enterprise Faridabad Tin NO 06901220690 vide bill no 483 dated 16-6-09 . The warranty no of the battery is 362898 and is vallied for 18 months for free replacement. Actually the backup of the battery since last 2 months reduced (less than a hour only) due some of its internal failure and dealer contacted no of times for suitable action but so far no action taken from dealer.
Please advise the concerned person to take necessary action immediately.
