I have been using a 2Mbps Airtel broadband connection since last 5 months. Every month I face a low internet speed issue and the company gets away by saying that they were facing a technical issue. Sometimes I am also not able to check my emails properly. I have paid the charges of 6 months in full advance. I am going to UK for my further studies and through internet only am i suppose to remain in touch with my university regarding my admission and accommodation allocation process. I am also suppose to submit few things regarding to my studies there in advance from which I need my net connection working properly. So I would please request you look into this matter and get it resolved at the earliest or tell the company to return my money since their connection is of no use to me if this kind of problem are kept repeating again and again.
