We were four families and had a packaged tour from Dehradun to Manali via Mandi and Dharmshala. The hotel Paras provided by the company at Mandi was worst. Toilets were in horrible condition. Toilet roof was leaking. No water in the toilets in the morning.Dirty beds, worst food. The hotel at Manali was good but again the food was not sufficient. No action inspite of informing to the helpline. It is better to pay little bit more and go through reputated tour operator. This company is not professional at all.
