POOR SERVICE HARASSMENT

DEAR SIR,

AS I HAVE PURCHASED A NEW MOBILE SET OF FLY COMPANY MODEL NO.E-106 ON 01-12-2009 FROM [SHRI SACHIDANAND N.K. GALLERY LUDHIANA. ADD-B-II-1860, MATA RANI CHOWK]
FROM 10 FEB 2010 I WAS FACING NETWORK PROBLEM IN MY HANDSET.SO I APPROACHED NEAREST SERVICE CENTRE OF FLY COMPANY
[ SAI JI TELECOM ADD-SHOP NO.4,PREAL PALACE ,GHUMAR MANDI LUDHIANA] ON 15-02-2010.AND THEY HAVE TAKEN THE SET AND ASSURED THAT AS UR SET IS IN WARRANTY SO IT WILL BE REPAIRED WITHIN A DAY . SO I RECEIVED MY SET ON 16TH FEB. BUT ON NEXT DAY AGAIN SAME PROBLEM WAS BEING THERE IN HANDSET. SO I APPROACHED SAI JI TELECOM AGAIN ON 17 TH FEB.

NOW THEY SAID THAT WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REPAIR THIS SET IN OUR SERVICE CENTRE AND WE WILL SEND THIS SET TO DELHI AND WILL RETURN BACK TO YOU IN 13-14 DAYS.
AND I ASKED THEM TO GIVE ME SOME STANDBY SET BUT THEY REGRET.
SIR SO TELL ME WHERE I WAS WRONG AS I DONT HAVE ANY SET TO COMMUNICATE AND I M FACING GREAT LOSS.
BECAUSE SET WARRANTY WAS OF 1 YEAR AND I FACED PROBLEM WITHIN 2 MONTHS SO IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE COMPANY TO CHANGE THE SET BUT THEY REGRET THEY SAID WE CAN REPAIR ONLY AND CANNOT CHANGE THE SET. I ASKED THEM THAT GIVE ME IN WRITTEN THAT MY SET WILL BE DELIVERD IN OK POSITION WITHIN 13-15 DAYS BUT FOR WRITTEN ALSO THEY REGRET. THEY SAID THAT WE CANT GIVE U IN WRITTEN THAT YOUR SET WIL BE DELIVERED IN 13-15 DAYS
THIS IS THE POOREST SERVICE CENTRE I HAVE EVER SEEN IN LUDHIANA WHERE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS HARASSED.

KINDLY ADVISE YOUR SUGGESTION .AND TAKE SOME ACTION.
