Sir,
We had complained of restoring our Office Landline connection No. 0361-2734452 three months back which is yet to be rectified & is dead too till date effecting the connectivity of the Broad Band, even all the bills were paid upto date.
Every complaint seems to superseed the former & the last Comp. NO. is ASM/CO/2010/1612. The service engineer is unavailable to diagnose the pblm.
Worst is the Sr. staff of yours were never seemed so helpless.
Kindly arrange to rectify urgently as we have to inward all our transactions Online, otherwise we would left no other option but to opt for another service provider.
