I Bought a Settop Box for 1200Rs From the above mentioned Cable TV Operator in november 2012. But they are not providing service through Settop Box instead they are providing service without Settop Box. But I’m Paying a Service Charge of Rs 120 every month till now to them. They are not ready to give service through Settop Box and not even ready to Buy Back their Settop Box.

1200 Rs for Settop Box, 350 Rs for New Service Connection, 120 Rs of Monthly Subscription for 5 Months.

They Must Buy Back their Settop Box for the value they mentioned in the Bill.
