We had purchased 4 nos of 1.5 ton Split ACs from Ashoka Sales Agency faridabad(Authorised dealer of Samsung India Electronics Ltd.). after instaltion one Ac has been not working properly. we have complaint to Samsung customer care ( Complaint No. is 8411444440 dated 19.08.2009), but after a long follow-up no one is looking to solve the problem.
We are suffering a lot due to this.
now more then one month has been over and we are looking for a service engineer to solve the problem.
