Our moderately new front loading fully automatic washing machine (whirlpool w/m sensation) (Sl. No. 918001060800889) is under repair sine past seven months. Many a times the machine has been attended by the visiting Technicians and many a times the machine has also been taken to the Company’s service station of Ahmedabad division, but, yet the machine couldn’t be made into working condition. Sometimes due to the inefficiency of the Technicians and sometimes due to non-availability of spares, the machine has been not in use since past seven months. An amount of about Rs. 10,000.00 has also been spent/paid by me but the result is almost zero. It is therefore requested to accord sincere efforts to get the machine repaired immediately.
